Playing the Green Card – Forest owners publish Kyoto policy recommendations

After several years of bitter opposition to the New Zealand Government’s climate change policy and the its devastating impact on the forest industry, the industry associations took decisive action in April and told politicians exactly where they were going wrong. A small publication, now known as “The Green Card” was produced and it certainly seems to have got politicians of all parties thinking about their Kyoto policies.
