New ‘Green’ Place For Olsen

PF Olsen showcased the success of its 37 year old, privately owned forestry management business last week with the openingof a new national office building in Rotorua, housing 50 of its 90 staff. The new building is situated in the Te Papa Tipu Innovation Park on Sala Street where a cluster of forestry related companies have located. Full lifecycle assessment is part of the ‘environmentally friendly’ office design which includes: suspended timber floors, hardened plantation wood, timber framed walls and timbet exterior cladding. “Our office is putting our support for the NZ Wood campaign message into action,” says CEO Peter Clark.
